What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I used to have fun playing video games, like the Wii system, until my kids hijacked the system and took it into their rooms. So now, I throw the headphones on and put on meditation, music, my story, or I talk to my dog. She really likes the undivided attention. And once in a while, I freak out the animals while I dance about the house.
